Accounts and Registration

The Site is designed to offer educational content and quizzes aimed at children, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Only adults aged 18 or above are permitted to create and manage accounts. By registering, you confirm that you are either the parent or legal guardian of the child user, or you have the necessary authority to act on their behalf. 

As part of the registration process for either type of account, you will have to create a user name and password. Your user name and password are personal to you and you may not allow any third party to use your user name or password under any circumstances. Wewill not be liable for any harm caused by, or related to, the theft or misappropriation of your user name or password, disclosure of your user name or password, or your authorization of anyone else to use your user name or password. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized activity with respect to your account, of or believe there is any other need to deactivate your user name or password due to security concerns.

You agree that you are solely responsible and liable for all actions taken via your password, whether or not made with your knowledge or authority. You agree to guard your password carefully, with the full awareness that a failure to keep it secure will enable others to engage in transactions through the Site for which you will be legally responsible. PASSWORDS ARE ISSUED ON A PERSONAL BASIS. ACCORDINGLY, ALL CONTENT OR INSTRUCTIONS TRANSMITTED BY OR RECEIVED FROM ANYONE PRESENTING YOUR PASSWORD ON THE SITE WILL BE DEEMED BINDING ON YOU.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

Users may engage with the Site by responding to quizzes or submitting information through contact forms. All submitted content may be used by us in an aggregated and anonymized form to enhance our services. Users must not submit any content that is harmful, offensive, or unlawful. We reserve the right to limit access or take appropriate action in response to inappropriate use.

The paragraph headings in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation. Any use of terms such as “including”, “for example” or “such as” in these Terms of Use shall be read as being followed by “without limitation” where appropriate.

Governing Law

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Hong Kongwithout regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Hong Kong. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Hong Kong, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Terms of Use. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Terms of Use.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall have the right to bring action against visitors to the Site in courts of competent jurisdiction in the jurisdiction in which such visitors reside or are located in order to seek injunctive relief against such visitors.

Changes to Terms
